🕒 How long will it take to get my order?

• Custom orders: Please allow 5–7 business days for us to handcraft your item before it ships.
  
• Ready-to-ship items: These ship within 1–2 business days.
  

📦 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

• Because all of our products are handmade and many are personalized, all sales are final.
• Custom orders are non-refundable. Please double-check names, dates, and details before ordering.
  
• Ready-to-ship items are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
  
• If we make a mistake (wrong color, font, or design), we’ll make it right.
  

🚚 What if my package is lost or damaged in the mail?

• Once your order is scanned by the shipping carrier, PattyB Creations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
• If this happens, we’ll gladly help you file a claim with USPS/UPS.
  
• Please keep all packaging and take photos of any damage, as the carrier may ask for this information.

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We’re hoping to expand in the future, so check back with us soon!

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

🎨 Can you recreate or make custom designs?

Yes! We can recreate a design you love or create something completely new. When placing a custom order, please share as many details as possible (colors, fonts, themes, deadlines, etc.) so we can bring your vision to life.
